StoryHarvest Festival in North Troy - October 20th

 YOU'RE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE
in a community-powered parade on October 20th in North Central Troy. 

PERFORMER/RIDERS NEEDED!!!
As part of the 2nd Annual StoryHarvest
Festival members of the world-famous Bread & Puppet Theater troupe
will be doing 'subversive paper mache' workshops with various community
groups including TBR.   The workshop will culminate in a festive parade
marching (and riding) from the Little League field to Freedom Square
where Bread & Puppet will perform.  There will also be a real live
Korean Gong Band. Really! This is an event made by hand and not to
be missed.  

HOW TO PARTICIPATE AS A TBR PERFORMER
-Come to Troy Bike Rescue (3280 6th Ave) at 11am.  We will have some snacks on hand.
-Bring a bike to be decorated and/or a costume that you would like to wear
-Help create TBRs part in the parade (this may involve crafting large bike powered puppets!)

AFTER THE PARADE
There will be a Bread & Puppet performance, and then a big community meal. 
This is a celebration of the bounty of harvest and vegetables are being donated and prepared from all over the region
